Shipping and Handling

  • To stay informed about your delivery and for the most detailed tracking updates, we recommend signing up for your carrier’s delivery management service (e.g., UPS My Choice, FedEx Delivery Manager).

Return Policy

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Conditions: Items must be in new, sellable condition with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of worn, washed, damaged, or altered items.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, briefs, boxers, and other undergarments are final sale and non-returnable. Additionally, items from special charitable collections are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return label.
  • Processing: After shipping your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive, inspect your item, and process the refund to your original payment method.
  • Direct Purchases Only: We can only process returns for items purchased directly from hustleharness.com.
  • Need Help?: If you encounter any issues with our online return system for an eligible item, please contact us with your order number and details, and we will assist you.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund following the standard return procedure. Once your return is received, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Gift Returns

We are unable to process direct exchanges for gift items. If you need to return a gift, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used by the purchaser. To initiate a gift return, you will need the original order number and the email address associated with the purchase.

Warranty / Defective Items

Hustle Harness products purchased directly from our website are backed by a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us with the following information:

  • A clear photo of the defect or issue.
  • A description of the problem.
  • Your original order number.
  • The item’s style number, color, and size.

For items purchased from an authorized Hustle Harness retailer, please direct all warranty inquiries to your original point of purchase. Please do not send defective items back to us without prior authorization.
